WHAT YOU NEED:
- Wooden Heart Plaque
- Crocheted Roses
- Glue Gun
INSTRUCTIONS:
To make this rose heart door hanger, purchase a wooden heart plaque, similar to this one, from a craft store or the link below.
Crochet the number of roses needed to cover the entire heart plaque.
Use hot-glue to attach the roses to the plaque. Begin by centering three roses at the top of the heart and one to the bottom point of the heart. Then glue roses around the outer edge of the wooden plaque.
To finish the door hanger, glue crocheted roses in the center.
