Crochet the number of roses needed to cover the entire heart plaque.

Use hot glue to attach the roses to the plaque. Begin by centering three roses at the top of the heart and one to the bottom point of the heart. Then glue roses around the outer edge of the wooden plaque.

To finish the door hanger, glue crocheted roses in the center.

I am quite happy with the way this project turned out.

It is the perfect Valentine's Day decoration.
