ADVERTISE ON ALL PAGES
Small 125 x 125 Ad – Advertise on over 1,500 pages. Ad displays in left border on
home page and in right border on all other pages throughout the site (except the
non-department pages) directly above Google ads. These pages get a lot of traffic
and the ad displays every time the page is displayed. Limited to six advertisers per month.

HOW TO PLACE AN AD
All ads must be craft and hobby related
Payment due prior to ad placement
All website advertising is subject to approval by Needlepointers.com
Ads begin on the first day of the month
Ad copy and payment must be received at least 15 days prior to the date ad will run
Advertising is sold on the first come, first served basis
Rates are in US funds
Banner ads in JGP or GIF format, provided by you
No animated graphics are permitted for 468x60 & 234x60 banner ads
Text Ads - Title a maximum of four words, description a maximum of 255 characters, provided by you
1. To place an ad, first choose the advertising option
For option numbers 4,5,6 & 7, choose a department(s).
For option number 8, choose an article page.
2. Email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org
Company name & address
Contact's email address
Department or article page, if applicable
Banner ad with URL link or text link title and description with URL link
3. We will verify that the requested ad spot is available. If available, we will email you an invoice. Upon receiving the invoice, please submit your payment.
4. Reminder: Ad copy and payment must be received at least 15 days prior to the date ad will run and all ads begin on the first day of the month. So if you want the ad to begin on May 1st, the copy and payment must be received by April 15th.
5. Make payment by PayPal, check or money order. PayPal payment address will be forwarded upon acceptance of the advertisement. Checks and money orders payments should be made payable to Needlepointers.com and mailed to P.O. Box 703, Lansdale, PA 19446.
How do I place an ad? After reviewing the advertising chooses, all you need to do is submit your payment and ad copy. For more information go to, “How to Place an Ad”.
Do I get an invoice? Yes. For you records, we will send an invoice via email. The invoice will contain all pertinent information included the ads start and expiration dates. If you prefer an invoice be sent by mail, just inform us and we can accommodate you.
How do I pay for an ad? Paypal, check or money order.
Can I change the ad? Yes. Just email us and we will try to accommodate you. But only one change per month.
How do I know when my ad will expire? There are two ways to determine the expiration date of an ad. 1. Look at the invoice. 2. For your convenience, approximately 30 days prior to an ads expiration date, we will email you an expiration reminder.
How do I renew the advertising subscription? Just notify us and make your payment 15 days before the ad expires and the ad will continue. Remember ads are first come, first serve basis. If payment is not received in a timely fashion, you have relinquished the ad spot.
